Halloween is the third episode of Season 2 of Dr. Quinn: Medicine Woman and the twentieth episode overall.
The town is spooked by a "dead man" who disappears when they go get Dr. Mike, only to reappear somewhere else in town later. Naturally, Dr. Mike thinks it's all a joke.
Meanwhile, Brian misses the tradition where his real ma (Charlotte) made a costume for him every year that was a surprise for him on Halloween night. At the same time, he's convinced Dorothy is a witch
Abagail (Sully's dead wife) comes back to haunt Dr. Mike and keep her away from Sully.
