Having It All is the second episode of Season 5 of Dr. Quinn: Medicine Woman, and the ninety-fifth episode of the series. Dr. Mike is feeling overwhelmed with trying to be a wife, mother of an infant, and a doctor all at the same time. As she considers turning the clinic over to Andrew, she takes some time away from the clinic to focus on her family. With Sully feeling like he's been pushed aside, Dorothy suggests he court Dr. Mike again to bring back some of the romance.

Meanwhile, Colleen is almost ready to go off to college. She's excited to go, but also unsure if it's the right time to leave, until she talks to Dr. Mike, who helps to set her mind at ease.

Emma is still struggling to get the town to accept her as a seamstress. So far, her only real customer is Dr. Mike, who needs dresses for Colleen to take to college.
