Causes[]
Can be transmited from person to person, but the bacteria is also able to live on things like sheets.
Risk Factors[]
- Having diabetes, HIV/AIDS, kidney failure, etc
- Recent or current hospitalization
- Invasive devices like needles, catheters, and feeding/breathing tubes
- Contact sports
- Unsanitary food preperation
